Today we witnessed history in the Santa Maria valley. It was officially the hottest day ever recorded at 110 degrees. It was 85 by 8 this morning so I new we were in trouble. It felt a little too much like Utah heat. Apparently the Weather Gods got wind that we would not be visiting SLC this summer so we were treated to a little of what we are used to. It also seems so far that Utah is enjoying very pleasant summer weather - maybe we should come and visit.....hmmmm.
No worries, the forecast tomorrow says it will "only" be 98.
